What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is from 4pm and check out is 10.30am. Earlier check-in times by arrangement only. We are happy for you to leave your bags with us if arriving early or after check-out.

How close to the beach is the hotel?

We are just one street away from the beach, you can walk in around 3 minutes and on good days you can hear the sea from the hotel.

What are the room rates?

Is there parking available?

Parking is available on Beach Road from October 1st until 30th April free of charge subject to availability. From May to September there is Victoria public carpark 100 metres from the guest house costing from £1.70 for one hour up to £9.60 for 24 hours. There are also 4 day & 8 day permits available costing £30 & £54. There is public parking available on the Esplanade & in several of the public houses along the front of Paignton. Blue card holders may park free in Beach Road subject to availability.

Is there disabled access?

We regret that unfortunately we do not have any rooms with disabled access or facilities. All of the bedrooms are either on floor one or floor two of the building. There is no lift available. We can offer assistance with bags/luggage up to your room if required.
